The CasaROI extension shows the estimated return (total return, cash flow and price per m² versus the area) on the sale listings you are already viewing on property portals. It is a feature for CasaROI Pro subscribers. This page explains exactly which data it processes and which it does not.
What data is sent
When you open a listing’s analysis, the extension sends to casaroi.app only the listing’s own data needed for the calculation:
- price, floor area (m²) and number of bedrooms;
- the listing's location text (to resolve the area) and its link;
- if you save the listing to “My flats”, also the listing's link and main image (it is linked, its description is not copied).
To authenticate you as a Pro user, the extension reuses the session you already have open on casaroi.app (the same login as the website). There is no separate login.
What is NOT collected
- We do not collect your browsing history. The extension only acts on the pages of supported portals and on casaroi.app, and does not request the tabs permission.
- Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
- No personal data is collected beyond the account session needed to validate your subscription.
How the data is used
The listing data is used only to calculate and show you its return at that moment, with the same methodology as the CasaROI website. The calculation runs on our servers (infrastructure providers: Vercel and Supabase, in the EU). Listings you save are stored in your account so you can return to them.
No affiliation
CasaROI is not affiliated with, associated with or endorsed by idealista, Fotocasa or any other portal. Portal names are used descriptively only, to indicate compatibility.
