Cookies and analytics

What we store in your browser.

What's there, what it's for, and how to remove it. No analytics loads until you accept.

The site doesn't work without these, so they don't depend on your consent.

Analytics (only if you accept)

We use PostHog to understand how CasaROI is used: which neighbourhoods get looked at, what people search for, and where they drop out. If you reject, PostHog is not downloaded: nothing is stored and nothing is sent.

Session recording

With your consent we record browsing — clicks, scrolling and the screens you pass through — to see where people get stuck. This is what gets recorded and what doesn't:

  • Nothing you type is recorded: every form field is masked (your email, the listing link, any amounts you enter).
  • Your card details are in a Stripe iframe that the recording cannot read.
  • Text already visible on screen is recorded, including the results of an analysis you're looking at.

Where the data ends up

The provider is PostHog, Inc. and the project is hosted in the United States. The transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. PostHog acts as a processor, handling the data on our behalf.

Who you are to us

Browsing without an account, you're an anonymous visitor: a random identifier, browser, device and country. If you sign in, we link that activity to your user and email, so we can support you and understand the product.

Changing your mind

You can withdraw consent whenever you like. When you do, we stop recording and stop sending events immediately.

You haven't decided yet: you'll see the notice as you browse.
