What's there, what it's for, and how to remove it. Without your consent we only count visits, with no cookies and no identifier; everything else waits for your yes.

Analytics (only if you accept)
We use PostHog to understand how CasaROI is used: which neighbourhoods get looked at, what people search for, and where they drop out. And the Google Ads tag to know whether one of our ads brought a visit that then opens a neighbourhood, submits a listing, signs up or pays. If you reject or don't decide, PostHog runs in cookieless mode: it counts the visit and the pages viewed without storing anything in your browser and without a persistent identifier (identity is a hash that expires daily), and it does not record the session. The Google Ads tag is not downloaded.

Session recording
With your consent we record browsing — clicks, scrolling and the screens you pass through — to see where people get stuck. This is what gets recorded and what doesn't:
- Nothing you type is recorded: every form field is masked (your email, the listing link, any amounts you enter).
- Your card details are in a Stripe iframe that the recording cannot read.
- Text already visible on screen is recorded, including the results of an analysis you're looking at.
Where the data ends up
The analytics provider is PostHog, Inc. and the project is hosted in the United States. The transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. PostHog acts as a processor, handling the data on our behalf. Ad measurement is done by Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Ads); we send it no email or personal data, only that the action happened.
Who you are to us
Browsing without an account, you're an anonymous visitor: a random identifier, browser, device and country. If you sign in, we link that activity to your user and email, so we can support you and understand the product.
Changing your mind
You can withdraw consent whenever you like. When you do, we stop recording and stop sending events immediately.
